Identifying the conditions for the establishment of venture capital funds for technology innovation activities in Vietnam
This paper highlights the role of venture capital funds for technology innovation activities as well as the necessary conditions for establishing these funds in Vietnam, such as a perfect market economy, willing venture investors, availability of stock market institutions, etc. On this basis, the paper identifies the insufficient elements for the establishment of venture capital funds in Vietnam.

Research productivity and quality of higher education institutions in Vietnam: An analysis based on the integrated database of web of science and scopus
This study intergrates the WoS and Scopus articles by Vietnamese authors into the Vietnam Citation Gateway system of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), sets up a merging tool to filter the duplication for these two databases and establishes their bibliometric and citation index.

Different approaches to establishing university autonomy in Vietnam
The changes in the economy towards a market-oriented one required autonomy for organizations to be self-responsible. By surveying Vietnam's legal documents, the research identified two approaches to university autonomy: academic approach and financial approach. Preliminary research leads to the belief that university autonomy must be academic autonomy. In order to achieve academic autonomy, all policies must take the importance of novelty in science into consideration

Estimation of tourists’ willingness to Pay in Ba Vi national park: Choice experiment method
The results show that 74% of tourists agreed with an increase in the entrance fee and in the room rate to contribute to the implementation of the policy. Specifically, tourists were willing to pay roughly VND 37,000 more (equivalent to 61% of the current rate) for the entrance and roughly VND 181,000 (equivalent to 24% of the average rate) as an increase in the room rate.

An integrated approach in management of Vietnam’s Ha Long bay – Cat Ba limestone islands marine area
Cat Ba and Long Chau archipelagos are naturally connected with the islands in Ha Long bay (HLB) and Bai Tu Long bay (BTLB) to form a unique cluster of limestone islands not only in Vietnam’s sea but also worlwide with recognized global and national heritage values. However, the limestone islands cluster is separated by two administratively different bodies: Cat Ba and Long Chau archipelagos belong to Haiphong city, and HLB - BTLB to Quang Ninh province.

The limitations of vocational training policies for ethnic minority youth – a case study in Hoa Binh province
These restrictions come from not only the inside content of the policies themselves but also from the conditions in which they are implemented. Ethnic minorities’ migration trends in central highland
The share of temporary migrants is becoming dominant over the permanent ones in both in- and out-migration in the Central Highland region. The main purpose of the movement is seeking a job, income earning. By analyzing the existing data sets, it shows a significant impact of migrants’ education on their decision of movement. The study results may contribute to estimate the migration trend and serve as evidence for the ethnic minorities’ policymaking on the period from now to 2030.
