The results of the analysis based on data from 428 staff at hotels and resorts in Nha Trang confirmed the important role of these factors. Therefore, creating an organizational climate that fosters brand loyalty and enhances brand support behaviour of staffs is essential. This is the basis for stimulating the innovation of employees.
